F1 IN SCHOOLS STEAM CHALLENGE CLUB

Students will be given the opportunity to participate in the annual “Formula 1 in schools” and in the STEAM Competition (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics). Groups of 3-6 students design and build a miniature F1 car out of the official F1 model block using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools. This challenge aims to inspire students to use IT to learn about physics, aerodynamics, design, manufacture, branding, graphics, sponsorship, marketing, leadership/teamwork, media skills and financial strategy, and apply them in a practical, imaginative, competitive and exciting way.
